THE MISSIONS : CLOSE KEY ACCOUNTS
- Generate new clients and position yourself as an expert
- Run demos (scheduled by the SDRs) to potential clients and do the follow-up until closing the deal.
- Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that the service provides.
- Follow the full sales cycle
- Work closely with Marketing to optimize the company’s awareness and increase the lead generation
- Handle high-level conversation with Office admins and CFOs
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
YOUR PROFILE: A TRUE OWNER
- You have +5 years of experience working in a Sales position , preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involved
- You have experience in direct SaaS sales or a technology solution to SMEs
- You have a proven track of success in a fast-paced environment with a short sales cycle
- You are familiar with the startup environment
- You know how to use Salesforce or a similar CRM
- You are fluent in English , another European language is a great asset
- You value impact over effort
- You are trustworthy and a true team player
THE OFFER:

- Fixed salary : 35-45k€ according to the profile
- Uncapped commissions (+26k€ at 100% of your objectives)
