We are working with a pre-seed funded scaling SaaS business that has created a platform to support IT-managed service providers to deliver their Microsoft capability.

Over the last 18 months, they have scaled the team from 3-25 people globally and are aiming for another 50 hires across the next year.

One of the key hires is to manage the support for their current clients. Leveraging the chatbox to fix issues that could be bugs in the platform, user error, or Microsoft issues to ensure everyone is getting the best possible service.

This role will develop in to leading a team of 1st / 2nd line supports and taking a more proactive role with their clients and community.

With future equity opportunities, ability to progress very quickly and become part of one the most exciting start-ups in the IT channel.

Requirements :

  • Able to commute to Richmond 3 times a week.
  • Previous experience with Intune and Microsoft.
  • Previous experience within an MSP or VAR would be great but not a necessity.
