Zéro-Gâchis is a co-pilot to reduce food waste within the food retail sector. Created in France in 2012, and present in Europe, Zéro-Gâchis are supporting hundreds of stores by implementing technology solutions that generate economic gains while reducing food waste. With an app embedded in industrial barcode readers, our tools act on the detection of products close to its sell-by dates, print secured barcoded markdown labels and apply dynamic pricing. We enable our customers, thanks to our data-driven solutions, to increase their margins and simplify their employees' daily lives while reducing food waste.
