We are a specialized provider of the cutting-edge TVARIT Industrial AI (TiA) Technology with a focus on the foundry and metalworking industries. Our sole mission is to enable a sustainable zero-waste manufacturing using our technology by almost eliminating energy losses, waste and maximizing machine and equipment availability.

Our unique, patented Hybrid AI technology combines physical-chemical simulations (using Finite Element Method FEM) with AI. This enables us to achieve almost 100% accuracy, which is very close to reality. We are the first in the world to make AI models scalable. With our second, patented methodology "Transfer Learning", the further models learn from the previous models when rolled out to other machines or products. Therefore, we only need 1/3 of the data and time in the plant-wide rollout.

We guarantee first results (on average -30% less scrap and -20% less energy consumption) within 2-3 months and thus a ROI under 6 months, as much of the necessary domain expert know-how is already integrated in the technology.

We combat the knowledge drain at foundries and metal companies. The expert knowledge is "conserved" and continuously increased. This means that the longer the technology is used, the smarter and more accurate the platform becomes. We are creating "Digitally Empowered Operators": by using TiA less experienced operators can be "empowered" to make optimal recipe adjustments in real time, ensuring virtually defect-free and non-disruptive production.
