Launched in London in 2015, Trouva co-founders recognised that some product categories weren’t able to scale their digital offering. Categories where discovery, inspiration and curation were key, and touch and feel were core to the customer experience were missing from the e-commerce landscape. As a result, customers were able to easily access the products they needed online, but often found it difficult to uncover the products they wanted.
