TravelCentral24's Destination Data Platform is a business intelligence platform that provides, not only a comprehensive view of the customer journey across a number of touch points, but also how they interact with a destination.
We do this by aggregating information from the different stakeholders connected to the platform and providing the necessary technology to incorporate data-gathering capabilities to their own user-interfacing solutions.
The objective is interconnecting the most important destination stakeholders into a main platform with bidirectional communication where parties can not only consume information but also contribute, making a shift from company-centralised data to destination-centralised data.
