RealPars is an online platform that offers industrial courses and skills for automation engineers. There’s a great disconnect between what’s being taught about PLC programming in school and what skills are actually needed in the real world. We’ve always been obsessed with making PLC programming easy to learn for people. Today’s college graduates are learning some great skills, unfortunately, they aren’t the skills necessary to help those degree-holders become PLC programmers.
