PSYT exists to help individuals live happy, fulfilling and productive lives. We believe that large-scale, positive change begins with improving the wellbeing of individuals.

PSYT is creating technology to measure and enhance psychological states in organisations and individuals. Our measurement apps quantify cognitive and psychological states, such as attention or happiness, and correlate these psychological variables with financial and KPI data to help companies determine the ROI on wellbeing and other initiatives. We measure psychological states using technology based on the experience sampling method, which the OECD advocate as the "gold-standard"​ in psychological measurement.
