Our platform allows you to invest in real estate with just 5 clicks and in a safe way. For all the units crowdfunded, PropCrowd will get paid 3% of the total unit crowdfunded. After the property is sold,10% of the profit in the transaction value will be for PropCrowd. In case the property will be rented after the acquisition, 10% of the annual rental fee will be paid to PropCrowd.
