We are a mortgage financing platform for retail banks - we connect institutional investors with mortgage providers. Our platform offers high risk-adjusted returns for investors while making mortgages more affordable and accessible for consumers.
Prolendo came about from a desire to positively impact the mortgage market amidst rising property prices, which are growing faster than personal income levels. Seeing how it has become increasingly more difficult to jump on the property ladder, we decided to set out to improve upon the status quo of mortgage lending.
