LoadFox

Munich-based start-up LoadFox, ridesharing for freight, develops digital solutions for the logistics industry. Since its founding in 2016, with MAN Truck & Bus and the Boston Consulting Group as founding partners, LoadFox has been tackling a well-known problem: Unused truck capacities. In mathematical terms, around 40 percent of the available freight space on European motorways is unused - the trucks are driving air. LoadFox offers its users the possibility to share freight and loading capacities via a platform and thus to meet the shortage of loading capacity and the shortage of drivers. The company is thus bringing sharing economy to the logistics industry.
