Kaspar
We produce more video content than ever before. 432.000 hours of video content is uploaded to YouTube every day. It would take 11 years for a human being to watch it.
About
Kaspar is an A.I. powered video editing tool that helps filmmakers and producers work with vast amounts of audio-visual material and act as a personal and customized editing assistant.
KASPAR is created and dedicated to documentary filmmakers and broadcasters and aims to be used by both professionals and amateurs.
Broadcasters and documentary filmmakers are going through costly processes reducing heaps of video material into managable form. The TV and film industry needs new tools that will help to reduce amount of sensless labour and make sense of the noise in the endless volumes of data.
We believe that now is the right time to explore A.I.’s role in filmmaking, establishing a dialogue between filmmakers, producers and machine-intelligence regarding the future of filmmaking. In this process we hope to see a glimpse of the creative potential of collaborating with A.I. and that something unpredictable and beautiful will shine through in the films that Kaspar helps produce.
