Invisible Collector is an AI-powered receivables relationship agent that allows creditors to efficiently manage debt files. Through Invisible Collector, creditor companies can create a strategy that best suits its customer database, which can already be clustered. If not, the system comprises self-learning mechanisms in order to properly identify who the customer actually is prior to contacting him and actually put in place a strategy that by any means can be both preemptive as well as reactive. End customers are also offered the chance to interact with the system by dedicated interface where they are offered the chance to claim their reasons if any. Interaction can be done by SMS, Email, IVR having always present language and timezone constraints.
