HFNE launches App based counselling for young children and adults
Children and young adults can now get access to a suite of wellbeing tools just launched by HFNE( Half Full Not Empty). The two standouts being the on demand counselling and a secure community where children and young adults can share their feelings with their peers, provide encouragement, seek advice and speak to mental health therapists who monitor the community and are there to listen.Those who need to speak to someone in a more private setting can book a video session with a mental health counsellor who matches their needs. The online community
You can sign up to the online community anonymously here: and choose an avatar which represents you. You can then begin chatting to other people anonymously on the community.
The HFNE counsellors or therapists can help with a range of different issues, including Bipolar disorder, PTSD, anger issues, social anxiety, health anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD, stress, relationship issues, panic attacks, weight issues, self esteem, insomnia, LGBT matters, family issues and procrastination.
HFNEs counsellors and therapists are licensed and undergo strict checks to ensure they are fit to work. The counsellors are available from 9am to 9pm every day, 365 days a year. Our counsellors are clearly identifiable on the community and you can engage them with a click of a button. In some cases, our counsellors will reach out to you first.
The HFNE (Half Full Not Empty) app
The HFNE app allows you to book private sessions with an online counsellor or therapist to discuss your issues in more detail and in private. After the sessions, you get a worksheet of to dos and a summary of your chat with the counsellor.
