We have worked on both sides of the bridge combining quality and preferences of students with corporate requirements. Our AI matching makes magic. Companies buy offers based on the engagement level they aim to reach starting with a simple job posting until conducting a proactive search on our database. On the other hand, students have free access to our features. Our social media skills allowed us to form a community of +60,000 students from all around Europe and to expand our service portfolio to employer branding activities, promotion of contests and companies’ competitions. Last, but not least, we started collaborating with several universities to help them reach targeted students for their programs.
