Collective Equity Ownership (CEO)

Collective Equity Ownership (CEO) is a diversification fund, enabling shareholders of late-stage startups to participate in the equity cash flow of other companies. Incorporated in the UK and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, CEO’s fund enables individuals which own shares that are currently illiquid but that have a high potential exit, to participate in the exits of other companies in the market, over the lifetime of the Fund. For a shareholder of a company to participate in a CEO fund, the underlying company needs to meet strict requirements.
