Bright Spaces
The idea of Bright Spaces was born in April 2019, and in November 2019, we had already secured our pre-seed round. In March 2020, we got accepted in the 8th cohort of Pi Labs Proptech Acceleration Programme in London, together with 4 other companies, from a total of 600 entries all over Europe. In 2020, we signed our first clients, from Romania and the UK and launched our first implementations
Bright Spaces wants to change the way office spaces are being showcased and leased through a user-centric platform that offers:
- 3D Virtual Staging - Online tours that resemble live visits and provide the opportunity to interact with multiple fit-out proposals
- Real-Time Availability - it is CRM connected
- Location Features - Exterior and interior points of interest as well as an interactive map of the building surroundings
- Technical Specs - all the technical details that you need to know about a building
- Website Features - A complete solution to showcase all the relevant aspects of an office building
