Vienna-based iDWELL secures €10 million aiming to enhance property management solutions

Dutch PropTech company iDWELL has announced the successful completion of its financing round, raising around €10 million from renowned investment firm Knight Capital, alongside existing international investors such as Flashpoint Venture Capital and Wecken & Cie. This strategic investment will propel iDWELL’s growth, drive advancements in its smart property management platform, and expand its offerings and service portfolio.

Founded in 2017, iDWELL has revolutionized property management with its innovative software platform, the platform currently supports over 750 property management companies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing more than 1.5 million residential units with its SaaS solution. As the company looks to grow, it is focused on attracting new property management clients, broadening its product line, and cultivating long-term partnerships within the DACH region.

With the new funds, iDWELL aims to strengthen its position in real estate management, focusing on AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and expanding its range of financial and insurance offerings.
