Next up in our increasingly exciting speaker lineup is Jordi Romero, the Founder and CEO of Barcelona-born unicorn, Factorial!
Jordi will be joining us for an insightful talk about his entrepreneurial journey with Factorial, which has swiftly become one of Europe’s stand-out success stories in the booming SaaS market.
Launched in 2016, Factorial joined the exclusive unicorn club in October 2022 after securing €120 million. Based in Barcelona, the company offers an all-in-one people-first fully-automated HR management platform, and it’s been built with SMBs in mind. It has reported over 200% annual growth in revenue every year since 2019, counts over 8000 customers, and has expanded to a team of over 1000 across offices in Brazil, Mexico and Spain.
Jordi founded the company alongside Bernat Farrero and Pau Ramon and has been an influential entrepreneur in Europe’s startup ecosystem. In addition to leading Factorial as CEO, he is also a partner at itnig, an early-stage investment fund. Prior to his current position, he held the title of CTO and VP of Business Development at Redbooth, a project management startup that started in Barcelona but later relocated to San Francisco, where Jordi spent most of his time over a four-year period.
