Dr Sara Medina, Member of the Board of Advisors to the EU SME Centre will speak at this year’s EU-Startups Summit!

On April 20-21, 2023, we will be welcoming you to our annual EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona! Next up, we are very excited to share that Dr Sara Medina, part of the EU SME Centre Board of Advisors and Member of the Board of SPI, will join us for a workshop on how European SMEs and startups can expand to China.

Sara is part of the EU SME Centre Board of Advisors. EU SME Centre, which began operations in 2010, is an initiative of the European Commission that provides a comprehensive range of hands-on support services to European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) helping them in doing business in China. Its currently in its 4th phase and SPI has joined as a consortium partner.

In addition, Sara is a Board Member of SPI, an international consulting group with offices right across the world. Created in 1996, the firm supports clients to foster innovation, be competitive and create prosperity. In her role as a Member of the Board, Sara contributes to the overall management of SPI, being responsible for managing SPI’s activities and services in China since 2004 as well as in the Southeast Asian market.
