Rupal has had quite an incredible career, going from military briefing rooms in jungles and war zones to corporate boardrooms and international stages. She previously worked as an analyst and field agent at the CIA, where she advised Four-Star Generals, earned War Zone Service Medals, and was recognized by the CIA Director for “superior support to the President of the United States.”
After this thrilling experience, she went on to earn her MBA and started her first award-winning business over ten years ago. She is the author of the international best-seller From CIA to CEO: Unconventional Life Lessons for Thinking Bigger, Leading Better, and Being Bolder. Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Entreprenora, an international speaker, business advisor to startups, and an agility and strategy specialist to global organisations and executives. Founded in London in 2018, Entreprenora helps visionary leaders, teams, and organizations achieve their boldest ambitions. .
