Learn about the Future of Work with Europe’s experts at this year’s EU-Startups Summit!

On April 20-21, we will be welcoming you all to Barcelona for the 2023 edition of our annual flagship event: The EU-Startups Summit! And this year, it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before. We will gather over 2,000 people for two days of networking, inspiration and learning. It’s a great opportunity to learn from and connect with some of Europe’s most influential, successful and impactful founders, investors and innovators.

This year, we have brought together leading innovators shaping the Future of Work to discuss how and why attitudes to work have changed and how companies can stay ahead of the curve to better align with their employees’ needs and wants.

The future of work is a hot topic of discussion right around the world, shaping new trends and attitudes across industries. We want to explore what these trends are and how tech is fueling these shifts. At this year’s EU-Startups Summit, the ‘Future of Work’ panel discussion will feature the leading voices in this space: Karoli Hindriks, Co-Founder and CEO of Jobbatical, Fritz Trott, Founder and CEO of Zenjob, Kerstin Rothermel CPO of Bolt, and, Rasa Strumskyte, the Co-Founder & VP of Business Development of Talent Garden.

Karoli Hindriks is the Co-Founder and CEO of Jobbatical, an innovative company shaping how employers relocate their international hires. Karoli founded her first company at just 16 and has always been ahead of game-changing trends. She founded Jobbatical in 2014 before international recruitment became a booming market, successfully pivoted the company in 2019, and has since scaled the company to global success. Now, the Estonian firm has raised over $20 million and operates right around the world, removing the friction of labour mobility.

Karoli has had an inspiring career and is an incredibly influential figure in the European tech and startup community. in 2020 she was even named by the EU Council as one of the 8 most inspiring women in Europe.

Fritz Trott is the Founder and CEO of Zenjob, a company on a mission to give people more control over their working lives. Founded in Berlin in 2015, the company’s platform connects talent with companies looking for on-demand staffing support. As a result, their innovative platform enables talents to conveniently fit a side job into their busy lives and partner companies to flexibly manage fluctuation in business volume. Zenjob is now helping more than 2,500 companies across over 10k locations.

With previous experience in the marketing world, Fritz found himself wanting more job satisfaction in life – and thus came up with the idea for Zenjob, changing the way we work so that one day people can decide for themselves when and how often they want to work.
