Paris-based Welcome to the Jungle swings into its Series C round with €50 million to boost employer branding

On a mission to rethink work culture, recruitment and employee-employer alignment, Welcome to the Jungle has just raised €50 million as it plans global growth. The Paris-born company has established itself as a key player in employer branding and recruitment and is growing fast.

The way we work is fundamentally changing. Now, employees are demanding and expecting more flexibility and are looking for work cultures that will respect their individual work-life balance. Workers are now choosing jobs not only for salaries and location but also for their connection to the company and how that company can support them to live and work happily. Within these fundamental changes in attitude, the recruitment space has become somewhat of a jungle – which features fights for talent and struggles to retain skilled teams.

Welcome to the Jungle describes itself as a job market expert. It’s on a mission to better connect employers with the right team members through better branding and work cultures. The Paris-born company has just scored new funding and is planning to extend its international reach.
