With over 20 years of experience, John Crossan is a SaaS industry veteran and is currently leading Freshworks’ rapid growth across Europe. Before taking on the role as Vice President and General Manager of Europe, he served as VP for Sales, EMEA for Zendesk for five years, successfully guiding his team through consecutive periods of rapid growth. John also has experience working with Salesforce, where in the role as Area Vice President in the EMEA Enterprise business Unit Service Cloud, he led sales teams to rapidly accelerate their bookings. He certainly has extensive know-how in the EMEA sales business to share with us all this May.
