Jane Reddin, Talent and Platform Director at AlbionVC will speak at the EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona on May 12-13

On May 12-13, 2022, we’re very excited to be hosting the 8th edition of our annual EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona! The unmissable 2-day in-person event is bringing you the opportunity to rub shoulders with the best and brightest in Europe’s startup community. At the Summit, you will be able to connect and network with more than 1,500 startup enthusiasts, investors and entrepreneurs, learn from and listen to Europe’s most influential and successful experts and founders, and that’s not to mention the long-awaited in-person return of our popular pitch competition!

We already have a wonderful list of people joining us to give talks, one of them is Jane Reddin, the Talent and Platform Director at AlbionVC!

Based in London, AlbionVC is helping to build the future of enterprise and healthcare and has over 20 years of experience making tech investments. The firm currently manages over €780 million in over 50 companies, including the likes of Academia, PerchPeek, Brytlyt and Healios

As Talent and Platform Director, Jane helps invest in the best founders by assessing their leadership potential and advises the leadership teams to support and accelerate the rapid organisational scaling of companies. She supports senior-level hiring, founder and leader development and ensures that the Board is best constructed to optimize growth. Jane’s aim is to facilitate strategic alignment and growth by ensuring teams have the right capabilities to deliver.

In her 25-year career, Jane has made over 500 senior hires globally for disruptive companies, built international and new-market teams inside startups, hired a fund team, and, as an advisor helped over 150 startups build high-performing teams. In a startup, building the right team is crucial for success, so Jane’s insights are a must-know.

On May 12-13, we will welcome Jane to the workshop stage where she will talk about the six traits every investor looks for in founders – and how to know if you’ve got them. Don’t forget to secure your ticket now, and add this very special event to your calendar!
