We’ll have an awesome speaker lineup this year, and today we’d like to announce yet another speaker for our workshop stage. It’s Isaac Perez-Fafian, Delegate for Airbus UpNext Spain will be joining us!
As the Delegate for Airbus UpNext in Spain, Isaac is on a mission to create an inspiring place for people to work, develop themselves and boldly experiment to build the future of flight. Both workplaces and the travel industry are undergoing massive adjustments this year – so he’s certainly going to have important insights we should all be paying attention to.
Isaac orientates Airbus’ activities in Spain to actively shape the future of aerospace. Airbus UpNext uses demonstrators to evaluate, mature and validate new tech breakthroughs in the sector – shaping the foundations for infrastructure and flight regulations and enabling Airbus to create a better-connected, safer and more prosperous world. The aim is to identify future disruptive travel trends, accelerate prototype development of these ideas, and develop sustainable real-world applications for emerging aerospace tech.
Isaac Perez-Fafian works with the Airbus innovation ecosystem as well as Spanish and European officials to identify and engage potential partners and suppliers both locally in Spain and internationally. Isaac has already contributed to a number of innovative platforms including the Airbus Beluga XL as well as the A350 NEO, E-Fan X and is currently on the recently announced “eXtra performing WING”.
Joining us this May on the workshop stage, Isaac will share his expertise on “Resilient Innovation: how big companies use startups to succeed with data and prepare for the future”.
