Zenjob, founded in Berlin in 2015, envisions a world where people have control over their working lives. Fritz Trott founded Zenjob, alongside Cihan Aksakal and Frederik Fahning, and today serves as the company’s CEO. With previous experience in the marketing world, Fritz found himself wanting more job satisfaction in life – and thus came up with the idea for Zenjob, changing the way we work so that one day people can decide for themselves when and how often they want to work.
Just a few days ago the fast-growing company, now with about 500 employees, raised an additional €45 million to boost its expansion across Europe. Zenjob is currently already placing over 12k jobs for talented people every month.
