Feeling stressed? These ‘just-funded’ European stresstech startups can help

Maybe your stress is caused by the current worldwide situation and everything it entails, or an overload of work or an occasional flare up, but stress affects our productivity, social and personal life, and most importantly, our health.

Sometimes, catching up with the fast-paced world we live in is impossible, and we need to take a step back and relax. With the increased interest in well-being, we’ve seen an increase in stress management apps in the last few years. Today we’re highlighting 5 teams based in Europe who are aiming to reduce your stress levels.

All of these startups were founded in the past few years, and in the case of this particular listicle, have landed funding rounds of over 1 million in the last 12 months, meaning that they’re likely to keep expanding and offer you more interesting stress relieving options:

While most are on-demand, the platform also gives the opportunity to tune in with others in live classes with support from friends, family and their global community.
