Moritz Kreppel, co-founder and CEO of Urban Sports Club, will speak at the EU-Startups Summit!

As you might have heard by now, we’re hosting the 7th edition of the EU-Startups Summit on the 28th-30th of April. This 3-day online event will give you the chance to (virtually) connect and network with over 1,500 participants, learn from many expert speakers, listen to educational talks with internationally successful founders, and be amazed through our exciting pitch competition.

Today we are excited to announce that Moritz Kreppel, co-founder and CEO of Urban Sports Club, will be joining this year’s Summit for a fireside chat about his entrepreneurial journey and to talk about how Urban Sports Club pivoted its business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Moritz co-founded Berlin-based Urban Sports Club back in 2012 to offer a more flexible sports and gym membership option. Together with co-founder Benjamin Roth, they both agreed it would be great to have the ability to work out, swim, and play tennis or football in different gyms or clubs depending on the city, workload, and personal preferences, but the options were pretty limited. This led them to develop Urban Sports Club, a platform that enables users to combine fitness, yoga, swimming, wellness and more through just one membership, which has grown to a team of more than 400+. Furthermore, members can check in and train at more than 12,000 partner venues across Europe.

At the EU-Startups Summit, Moritz will share about his experience of pivoting the business and how they’ve managed to innovate and adapt to these uncertain times.

If you don’t have your ticket yet, you’re missing out on networking with 1,500 like-minded participants, many engaging talks, and our exciting pitch competition. Make sure to secure your ticket now.
