Calling all mobility startups! Join MobilityXlab to collaborate with six leading corporates (Sponsored)

Does your startup work within the mobility and connectivity sector? Are you looking to grow partnerships with leading corporates?

MobilityXlab has opened registrations for its programme that awards the best European mobility startups with the chance to collaborate and co-create with six of the world’s leading global companies within the transportation, automotive, and connectivity industries. With applications closing in just over a week on Wednesday March 31st, there’s still time to apply!

Meet MobilityXLab

MobilityXlab is a collaboration hub for the mobility sector. Acting as the central connection point for ‘constellations’ of stakeholders and disruptors, it offers startups a fast-track into a potential strategic partnership with their six established industry partners: CEVT, Ericsson, Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, Veoneer, and Zenseact.

What started as a local initiative in Gothenburg, Sweden, has grown into a global transport and technology hub. Since its start in 2017, it has supported 47 startups over the past three years. Out of these startups, 58 collaborations were initiated between the startups and partners. This has resulted in 10 commercial contracts for the startups together with the partners of MobilityXlab.

Approaching a large corporation and finding the right person to talk to is not always easy, but with MobilityXlab, the process is much smoother and better matched. Through the programme you’ll get to:

  • Collaborate with MobilityXlab’s partners for six months
  • Get inside the automotive ecosystem
  • Increase your visibility via media, events, and exhibitions
  • Participate in exclusive community activities
  • Access partner venture firms
  • Access exclusive services from contributors
  • Utilize the modern collaborative space
  • Tap into a network of global startups

“The involvement from our partners CEVT, Ericsson, Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, Veoneer, and Zenseact is very high as this way of working in collaboration with emerging companies is a winning formula to speed up innovation,” commented Katarina Brud, Director MobilityXlab.

How do I apply?

Startups that are a registered company in any country are welcome to apply. Technology-wise, startups should be able to explain why their solution is useful for MobilityXkab’s partners. During the evaluation phase, at least two partners need to show interest in a startup’s value proposition.

The four categories in focus for this application are: Electromobility, Affordable AI, Sensor Software Innovation, and In-Cabin Tech.

To apply for the programme, fill out your application on the MobilityXlab website, by 31st March!
