EU-Startups Podcast / Episode 4: Interview with BlaBlaCar founder Frédéric Mazzella

For the 4th episode of the EU-Startups Podcast we set-up a phone interview with Frédéric Mazzella, the founder and President of BlaBlaCar. The French entrepreneur and his team grew BlaBlaCar to become the world’s leading long-distance carpooling platform – a global, trusted community of 90 million drivers and passengers in 22 countries. In total, BlaBlaCar raised about €390 million in funding and today is one of the few European scale-ups that reached unicorn status. But even more exciting than financial success, BlaBlaCar was able to achieve a massive social and environmental impact and continues to do so.
