Stockholm-based Teamtailor raises €5 million to help companies attract top talent

The Swedish SaaS company Teamtailor has announced raising €5 million to expand its ‘all in one’ recruitment and marketing platform.

Teamtailor, founded in 2013 by Erik Andersson, David Wennergren and Richard Johansson, helps companies companies streamline their recruitment process by attracting the best talent and managing candidates, all in one place.

Today it has over 85,000 users and is the chosen software of over 2,500 companies around the world, including Fred Perry, HBO Europe, Autoliv and Daniel Wellington. The team sits in London, Madrid, Auckland, New York and Helsinki, having grown from 50 employees to 135 in just one year.

“The biggest growth area for us right now are our international markets, and within the enterprise segment. Our customers vary in size from startups to companies with 110,000 employees” says Erik Andersson, co-founder at Teamtailor.

This funding round was led by Sprints Capital, who have invested in major companies likRevolut, Vinted (Lithuania’s first unicorn) and Chrono24.

“We’re impressed by the whole team at Teamtailor. It’s not often you meet companies that are so focused on product development, and at the same time obsessed with customer satisfaction. We look forward to supporting the future growth”, says Henrik Persson at Sprints Capital.

“This funding will support our future product development and international expansion so that we can help more companies around the world with recruitment and marketing”, says Erik Andersson.
