Kiwi.com was founded in 2012 by Oliver Dlouhý and Jozef Képesi. The travel tech company was created for travelers by travelers. Its proprietary algorithm, Virtual Interlining, allows users to combine flights from more than 750 air and ground carriers including many that do not normally cooperate. Kiwi.com also provides its industry-leading Kiwi.com Guarantee, which protects customers from missed connections caused by delay, schedule change, or cancellation.
Today, Kiwi.com powers more than 100 million flight searches every day and employs over 2,900 people worldwide. It is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe. Kiwi’s mission is to make travel better. The Kiwi team believes that in the future travelling will be the mainstream lifestyle. People will be less tied to a specific location working as digital nomads and travelling spontaneously depending on the weather, where their friends are, or just based on their current mood.
Yet, the current infrastructure with its legacy technologies and business models is far from being ready to serve these needs. And that’s why Kiwi.com is here – as the global supercarrier with the ambition to connect anyone from any A to any B.
To fully achieve this goal, Kiwi.com is currently seeking to collaborating with excellent travel startups, scale-ups and talents to build this amazing global supercarrier together.
Who would Kiwi.com like to collaborate with?
- Flight OTAs with direct commercialisation to travelers and strong brand
- Travel startups with unique technology in itinerary planning
- Ground transportation OTAs with privileged partnerships with carriers
- Online/mobile marketing agencies which are experts on user acquisition by Google Search
- Other amazing travel startups (Kiwi.com is always open to hear about opportunities)
If you are interested in strategic partnership or commercial cooperation, please contact Kiwi.com’s project manager Victor ZHANG by firstname.lastname@example.org. Victor and the Kiwi team are looking forward to hearing from you.
