We’re excited to announce that Max Mirams, the former Partnerships Director at WIRED UK, joins EU-Startups (Menlo Media) as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Max will focus on the continued growth of our advertising business, our event sponsorship & partnership activities, but he’ll also be involved in other key parts of the business.
After publishing our job opening about 2 months ago, we were screening through about 120 applications, conducted many interviews, and we’re excited to now welcome Max to our small but growing team!
Max is an experienced Director of Partnerships with a demonstrated history of working in the publishing industry. Skilled in Digital Strategy, Advertising Sales, Branded Content, Project Management, Media Planning, Integrated Marketing, and New Media. He’s a strong business development professional with a Master of Arts (M.A.) focused in Sociology and Psychology from University of Leeds. In 2016, Max was awarded Media Sales Individual of the Year.
