‘Games for Business’ on the next level

EduPRO, the largest Austrian training company, part of Luxemburg-based Luxempart’s portfolio, has acquired 90% share of Hungarian Games for Business.

Since early 2018, the Hungarian venture, being proud for not coming from and based in Budapest, but the beautiful city of Pécs, has received several serious requests from international businesses with acquisition or investment purposes, but this one has turned out to be the first offer, in which Games for Business saw the biggest promise of a successful mutual future and common thinking.

Games for Business has been already serving clients like BP, Coca-Cola, Generali and Deutsche Bahn and received several prestigious international awards.

“We believe in what we do, and we are fully committed to reach our goals. This attitude is the basis of our success, which is further confirmed by the feedback of our clients. The developments of the past years and our international expansion have been funded entirely from our market income, while we have also been able to make significant profit. This is why we were not seeking and accepting any investment or acquisition offers. With eduPRO Group, however, we met a thinking that is focused on people and sustainable development, with which we can identify. We saw this to be the appropriate moment to strengthen our international expansion with such a business move, beyond the successful operation of our partner network.” – shares the background of this decision Balázs VendlerFounder and CEO of Games for Business.
