Italian startup Talent Garden raises €44 million to open more co-working spaces throughout Europe

Founded in Brescia, Italy, Talent Garden is a digital innovation hub and co-working ecosystem with a network that spans across 18 European cities, hosting over 3,500 digital professionals in 23 campuses across 8 countries.

Founded in 2011, Talent Garden has just raised a round of €44 million from Tamburi Investment Partners, Social Capital, Indaco Ventures, and European family offices.

The additional funding will give Talent Garden a strong foundation for the European growth already undertaken in recent years.

Unlike many other co-working operators, Talent Garden puts education and innovation at its core in developing its tech community, focusing on new ways to transform and connect the flexible work and education environments that are being used by digital entrepreneurs and businesses undergoing digital transformation.

Talent Garden plans to open 20 new co-working campuses over the next three years, focusing its expansion on European countries. In Spain, Talent Garden is opening brand new locations in Madrid and Barcelona; France, with one opening planned in 2019; Italy, where it already has more than 10 campuses; and Austria, where it just recently opened.

In 2018, Talent Garden opened a new campus in Dublin as part of a strategic partnership with Dublin City University and also created a joint venture with Rainmaking Loft in Denmark. The startup already has more than three locations in Copenaghen and is now scouting for more locations in the Nordic region.
