From May 2 – 5 2018, the and& summit & festival will take place in Leuven, Belgium. It will challenge speakers and attendees alike to consider the intersection of art, technology, healthcare, and urban innovation.
For its inaugural edition, and& summit & festival will host well-known names such as Daan Roosegaarde, Carlo Ratti, Stefan Sagmeister, Johan Thijs, Lucy McRae, and Hiroshi Ishiguro to name a few. The theme this year will be ‘shaping future city life’.
Leuven, the host city of the event, is a vibrant town that also hosts one of Europe’s most innovative universities and a puzzle piece of what the European Commission recently called ‘the perfect European city’.
At the and& summit & festival, a well-selected worldwide collage of +100 thinkers, inventors, entrepreneurs & artists of all backgrounds will explore the impact of health, tech & creativity on future city life. Expect 4 days & nights of inspiring talks, avant-garde music acts, a startup & scale-up forum, a tech expedition & art interventions in public space.
