Smart company payment cards Pleo launched in beta

Pleo – the fintech startup based in London and Copenhagen – offers smart company payment cards to employees. Founders of the company stated that this is the first card in the world that comes with an AI assistant. Pleo invites companies from the UK and Denmark to join as they open it’s beta with 10,000 users in the UK and Denmark already on board. Pleo was founded by Jeppe Rindom and Niccolo Perra in 2015.

EU-Startups.com  already covered success story of Pleo team – they have received the “Pioneer of the Year 2016” award as the best startup at the Pioneers Festival in Vienna. Also the company has been shortlisted as one of the best new startups by the biggest fintech conference Money2020.

“We have been working on Pleo with our partners in stealth mode for almost a year now and have been very fortunate to receive great feedback and interest from the get go. We are extremely excited to invite the first customers to trial our technology, starting in Denmark this week and United Kingdom next month,” says Jeppe Rindom, CEO and co-founder of Pleo.
