ChallengeUp!, the European acceleration and incubation programme for IoT startups, is currently accepting applications for this year’s batch.
The accelerator programme is co-organized by Cisco, Intel and Deutsche Telekom powered by hub:raum and helps startups go to market at a faster pace. ChallengeUp! is exclusively targeted at promising “Internet of Things” services and solutions as well as at startups in related fields such as Smart/Connected solutions, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Analytics, Smart City and Infrastructure, Information Security and Connectivity & Cloud Computing solutions.
Why it’s worth to participate in the accelerator? Startups that join it will work with the corporations for guidance, mentorship and access to client databases or infrastructure to help build their products. This way the program can help a startup get to market three times faster than usual thanks to dedicated tech and sales mentors who will work with the founders throughout the whole program to ensure that the startups in the end are ready to reach a huge amount of potential customers.
Timeline: The application period ends on March 22nd. On May 10th-12th there will be selection days in Krakow, with pitching and 1-on-1-sessions. If you’re lucky and you have a strong team and an innovative product, you’ll get selected as one of the 12 final participants and receive valuable feedback from top-notch experts. The seven months of business acceleration together with Intel, Cisco and Deutsche Telekom will take place between May and December. During that time, you will also attend four tailor made acceleration meetings across Europe (e.g. Krakow, Dublin, Berlin, …).
At the end of your ChallengeUp! journey, you will pitch your joint success stories with your mentors to corporate executives, clients and investors.
