Techstars and Virgin Media launch Connectivity and Digital Innovation Accelerator in London

Virgin Media and Techstars today announced that they are inviting the most promising and innovative entrepreneurs from the digital sector to apply to their new accelerator program in London. This partnership will be Techstars’ third accelerator program in London in addition to London city program and Barclays FinTech Accelerator program.

The Virgin Media Accelerator, powered by Techstars, will launch in 2016 and will open the doors to any startup with an innovative solution that will simplify the complexity related to IoT, telecom infrastructure, customer data and experience, social enterprise, connected homes, connected goods and services, interactive home experiences, home health and wellness, connected business services and connectivity for social good.  Accelerator will give startups access to senior experts from Virgin Media and its parent company Liberty Global, as well as to Techstars’ global network of more than 7,000 founders, mentors, investors and corporate partners.
