In addition to the main event in London, the NOAH Conference is also going to take place in Berlin this year. SevenVentures Pitch Day, one of Europe’s largest pitch competitions initiated by ProSiebenSat.1, will also be held in Germany for the first time. It offers startups from all over the world the opportunity to conquer the European market with the marketing power of the TV media giant ProSiebenSat.1. This year’s focus will be on the “Health & Fitness” vertical.
The ProSiebenSat.1 Group is providing a total of €5 million worth of TV media advertising time to the two winners. The top winner will additionally benefit from the “Platform Europe” initiative, which offers the winner not only operational support but also an extensive European sales network and a large reach via TV. Cooperation partners of ProSiebenSat.1 are TF1 (France), Dogan TV (Turkey), Modern Times Group (Northern Europe), TVN (Poland), Antenna Group (Greece) and Channel4 (UK).
Starting now, companies that have a B2C orientation for their product or service and are already established in their home market can apply for the contest. Deadline for sending applications is April 30, 2015. At NOAH, participants will have an opportunity to convince an expert jury of their ideas in short pitches. “SevenVentures Pitch Day” will simultaneously be broadcasted on the Internet over MyVideo.
Dr. Christian Wegner, Member of the Executive Board, ProSiebenSat.1 Group, stated: “Digital technologies and services like health apps and wearables are booming. For us, the health field is a promising growth market where promoting innovative business ideas are considered especially forward-thinking.”
