Grenoble-based Xotelia raises €1.3 million to manage home rentals on 50 platforms

Xotelia, a Grenoble-based startup, has raised €1.3 million from Newfund to ease the management of home rentals across a number of platforms (Update – July 2023: The startup seems to be no longer in business under this website, and we therefore deactivated the original link).

Their current list of partners includes peer-to-peer sites (Airbnb, Housetrip and Wimdu), as well as booking platforms (Expedia, Booking.com and Tripadvisor). Xotelia, which was founded in 2012, synchronises booking schedules across a range of platforms. Besides automating updates from partner platforms, Xotelia also offers a booking function for your Facebook page.

Monthly fees start from €10.50 for a booking engine, and go up to €47 for a booking engine and access to over 40 partner websites. By offering a range of room types and access to a higher number of partners, customers can expect to pay €47 per month.

To date, Xotelia manages €3 million in reservations per month. The new cash injection is expected to grow the current team to fifteen people.
