Mind-training app Brain+ adds 10 new languages after successful launch

After the successful launch of its free brain-training app to the UK and North America earlier in July, Brain+ today announced the addition of multiple new languages to its mobile platform.

The Copenhagen-based startup created the education app Brain+ with the goal to help people improve their mental capabilities in attention, memory, problem solving and planning. Over the next few weeks, Brain+ will add a total of 10 new languages to help reach more people and achieve its goal.

The delivery of multi-language support comes hot on the heels of incredible growth within the last month. Since their global launch in early July, Brain+’s downloads have increased by 300%, with an average of 20,000 new users each day. The brain-training tool has been featured in the App Store as ‘Best New App’ in 44 countries and quickly ascended to become a ‘Top 10’ education app in 40 countries.

Kim Baden-Kristensen, CEO of Brain+, stated: “Brain+ exercises are developed in collaboration with leading brain scientists from Copenhagen University and are suitable for people of all ages. Brain+ contains a number of scientifically designed yet fun and motivating mind-training games that improve key mental capabilities. We are working hard to create the best brain-training product out there, and we have some exciting major content updates coming up in the future.”

Currently available for iOS devices, accessibility on Android, Windows Mobile and other operating systems is planned for later this year. Upon download, users have 18 minutes of free, uninterrupted training to be used at will, followed by six minutes of free time each day. Affordable subscription plans are available for longer periods for users who wish to maximize training intensity and effect.
