Go Youth Conference in March: For the young entrepreneurs of Europe

GO Youth Conference is a pioneering event about entrepreneurship, youth innovation, idea exchange and innovative networking, created by a group of young Portuguese entrepreneurs in 2012 to fill the gap for events purely focus on young generations (Update – May 2023: The website seems to be out of use, and we therefore deactivated the original link).

For two days in March, a group of innovative, young and experienced entrepreneurs from the US and all over Europe will gather in Lisbon, Portugal to discuss entrepreneurship with an audience of internationally experienced tech and social entrepreneurs, global change makers, university students and the general public who are interested in innovation and global achievement. For this edition, a number side events will take place to discuss unique ideas with a wider audience and potentiate more networking opportunities between speakers, sponsors and all participants.

GO Youth Conference is the perfect opportunity for young entrepreneurs to make powerful connections with industry leaders from all over the world and leverage their projects and businesses. As a result of their tremendous work in the last years, GO Youth Conference has been featured in prestigious Portuguese and European Media, and had recognition from influential entrepreneurial organisations; it was even listed on TechCrunch’s list of best European startup events.

As Tiago, the initiative’s 19-year-old founder and producer explains: “We believe in the power of youth to leverage our country economy and innovation scene. In 2014 we will hold the third edition of GO Youth Conference after the great success of the second edition in March 2013, when we gathered 400 participants and 16 international speakers, like Brian Wong, the founder of kiip or David Gauquelin, the lead designer of Prezi. This year you will have the chance to meet people like Adam Cheyer, the co-founder and VP of Engineering for Siri and Mark Fabian Henkel,  co-founder and CEO of PayMill.”

The Go Youth Conference is offering a 20% discount on tickets for the readers of EU-Startups.com, which can be activated by using the promo code: “EUSTARTUPS20” here.
