Dusseldorf-based fashion startup Fashionette raises €1.5 million

The fashion startup Fashionette, which is based in Dusseldorf, Germany, has just closed its second round of financing of €1.5 million.

Fashionette is an online store, where users can browse and buy fashion items, to be delivered to their front door. The fashion startup was founded in 2008, and currently offers a wide selection of over 600 designer bags. By focusing only on bags, this website is the place to look if a user is after something unique or special.

The lead investor of this new financing round is NRW Bank. The money will be used for internationalisation and the further growth of staff and the sortiment.
