We are a successful, rapidly growing mobile advertising startup with currently 100 staff members, first-rate VC backing and our headquarters in the heart of Berlin!

During your Trainee Program, you will support our Ad Operations and Liquidity Team and you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize our mobile campaigns and bring them in line with our customers’ needs.

Your Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and algorithms to optimize our mobile campaigns
- Support the team to create a first class Ad Operations work flow
- Prepare status reports, performance analysis and forecasts
- Close co-operation with national and international departments

Your Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Maths, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or similar; technical focus a plus
- Interest in the Advertising Market (Search, Display, Mobile)
- Very good English skills (written and verbally); German a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS-Excel
- Profound analytical skills and affinity for statistics
- Affinity to a structured, independent and high quality work style
- Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality
