PHP5/MySQL, Yii, Web 2.0, VCS, Selenium (or other TDD/agile testing)


-------------Soft Skills--------------

- Ability to define tasks, write specifications, explain, control execution and deliveries
- Past record of building things: large projects, small projects, pivots, for fun
- Understanding the overlap between business and tech decisions
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and make painful feature-cutoff decisions
- Ability to keep things organized from day one - development, staging, and production servers, 
subversion/Git setup, strict commenting and documentation that minimizes confusion within the team and for new hires, a clear and organized product roadmap

We are two business co-founders, with skillsets in business administration and hotel revenue management. We have MVP, first customer leads, 2 advisers in tech and finance. We are Incubation alumnae who went through a steep learning curve. We have a good grip on technology and tech travel market. We are NOT afraid to speak code, specifications, architecture, and make tough product decisions. We have a clear-cut product vision and what we are offering to the market. We have networks and customer acquisition leads. We take charge of operational headache, think fast, act fast and are not intimidated. We get things done.
