About us: is your personal inventory. Using your smart @itembase email, all your on- and offline purchases are automatically stored in one place. Manuals, receipts and newsletters are analysed by our unique semantic systems and neatly organized for your convenience. Newly purchased products, experiences and reviews can be shared with itembase friends and across social networks. Additionally, you can easily sell your products with just one click through our partners. Our vision is to become the “Online inventory for everything and everyone”. itembase is a proud winner of the 10th Silicon Valley Founder Showcase and the German Silicon Valley Accelerator.

What are you going to do?

You will work hands on our B2C platform by adding content like manuals, FAQs, pictures, videos and much more to the products our users add to our platform. You'll interact with the itembase user base as a moderator and you're going to dedicate your hours to guaranteeing the best possible user experience. You'll build processes along the way and think of ways to improve and automate this service. You’ll report directly to the management team and gain valuable insights to the life of a young Internet startup.

Who are we looking for?

You should bring the following qualifications:
• Current student at one of Berlin's universities
• Top 20% of your class
• Great interest in gadgets and products
• Great technical understanding und curiosity of new technology and web applications
• Very thourough and hungry personality
• Passionate about user experience and usability
• Strong problem solving skills and very good communication skills
• Fluency in English or German, additional languages are more than welcome
