We are currently recruiting a Senior Advertiser Sales Manager in Berlin:


As our advertiser base grows, so does our need for the best sales people on the planet. In the Berlin-based EMEA advertiser sales team, we’re thrilled about creating partnerships with some of the most exciting companies and brands. Position Overview

Your key objectives are to create partnerships with A-level advertisers, define SponsorPay’s advertiser strategy, manage new client integration and oversee pre-sales activities. By working alongside experienced colleagues you will improve your own sales abilities and gradually take on more responsibilities.


*Sell advertising solutions to key direct advertisers, media agencies and affiliate networks in EMEA region
*Develop advertiser success cases in liaison with the marketing team and outline related action steps for sales activities
*Continuously analyze advertiser needs and market developments to help shape company-wide advertiser- and product strategy
*Meet or exceed reasonable quarterly sales goals
*Support advertisers in launching new mobile and online campaigns
*Represent SponsorPay at industry events throughout Europe


*Bachelor’s degree in business related field, Master’s degree is a plus
*1.5+ years of experience in digital advertising or related field
*Solid understanding of digital advertising trends, technologies and pricing models
*Proven ability to successfully sell a product and / or represent a company
*Track record in delivering on revenue targets and formulating account strategies
*Native-level fluency in English or German. Other languages are a plus
*Highly proactive and goal-driven
*A nice person with an overall positive attitude
