Sales Development Representative (Inbound)
We’re looking for someone to join our team made up of people around the world to locally represent our dynamic, fast paced start up. As a Sales Development Representative you play a key role to select the leads which will be followed up by the sales executives and thereby pave the way for optimal performance of the sales force.
Are you able to develop and qualify incoming leads that reach our company through website, telephone or email and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person? Then this might be the job for you! You can work from anywhere, just as long as you love what you do.
You will be responsible for:
Building sales/lead pipeline with qualified opportunities through the timely follow up on website inquiries, marketing qualified leads, lead referrals, product information requests, inbound emails, inbound phone inquiries and education of prospects on tolq.com’s products and services.
Passing qualified opportunities and related information to the sales team to create an effective lead hand-off.
Generating new business opportunities by researching of accounts, identification of key players and generating interest.
Keeping the information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) accurate, complete and up to date.
Able to demonstrate strong (tele)-sales skills
Passionate, consistent and successful in meeting and exceeding sales pipeline development goals, which is supported by your track record or resume.
A goal oriented individual with fabulous writing and communication skills (using technical concepts).
Confident in dealing with challenging people and situations and able to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
Able to work with little supervision.
Self motivated and enthusiastic.

Have experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications.
